Dirk Stingelin is a certified public accountant and licensed audit expert, possessing the highest attainable Swiss professional qualifications in these areas of practice.
Over and above his independent capacity of certified public accountant, auditor and accountant, Dirk Stingelin makes himself available for engagements as external chief financial officer / finance manager or as consultant in respect of complex, technically-demanding finance situations, such as periodic discussions of financial information with company management (interim and annual financial statements, projections, budgets, etc.), development and operation of management information systems (MIS), and preparation or independent audit of financial statements in accordance with applicable Swiss commercial law and various standards such as OR (Swiss Code of Obligations), Swiss GAAP FER, or IFRS.
In recent years, Dirk Stingelin has also specialized in financial consulting and audit of NPO (non-profit organizations) and advising of associations and foundations (both domestic and international).
